Effective Date: August 4, 2026 | Version 2026-08-04-v1
This Privacy Policy explains how Everbridge Funding Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Everbridge platform (the “Platform”). It also describes the privacy rights available to residents of California and how to exercise them. By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described here.
We collect only the information we need to operate the Platform and provide the service:
We do not intentionally collect government identifiers (such as Social Security or driver’s-license numbers), and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The Platform is a professional tool for adults.
We share personal information only with the service providers that make the Platform work, and only as needed for them to perform their function on our behalf:
WE DO NOT SELL OR “SHARE” YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
The categories of service providers (“subprocessors”) we rely on to operate the Platform are:
| Provider / category | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Subscription payment processing | Billing contact, subscription status (card data is entered directly with Stripe) |
| Cloud hosting & storage | Running the application and storing your workspace | Account and workspace data, uploaded documents |
| Large-language-model API provider | Powering AI analysis features | Only the content you submit for a given analysis |
| Transactional email provider | Account, security, and renewal messages | Your name and email address |
Each provider is bound to process personal information only on our instructions and to protect it. We update this list as our providers change.
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Billing and consent records are kept for the period required to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Security and audit-log records are retained for a limited period to support incident investigation. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your account and the workspace data associated with it, except for the limited records we are legally required to retain.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the following rights. We honor these rights for all users regardless of location:
To exercise a right, use the in-app tools described above or email us at the address in Section 8. We will verify your request against your account before acting on it, and you may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including: encryption of traffic in transit (TLS), encryption of stored data at the hosting layer, role-based access controls, single-active-session enforcement, rate-limiting on authentication endpoints, session timeouts, and an append-only audit trail of privileged access to user data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using current, reasonable industry practices.
We use only the cookies that are strictly necessary to run the Platform — chiefly a secure session cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because we rely only on essential cookies, there is no third-party ad tracking to opt out of.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Platform. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
This Privacy Policy is provided for transparency about our data practices and does not constitute legal advice. See also our Terms of Service.
